Replace the "can't find snap7 library" error message with something more useful

when people report this error they probably installed snap7 by source on an unsupported platform. We can make our lives easier if the error includes:

  • OS platform (version? probably not possible)
  • Process architecture (aarch/arm/linux)
  • Processor bitness (64/32)
  • Python version
  • Anything else?
