Add effect to element from mouse over page

Hi,

Tihs library is amazing, simply amazing! However I have a question: I would like an image inside the page to be tilted when the mouse moves over the page (not the image itself). While the user moves the mouse over the page from left to right I would like the image to tilt accordingly.

is it possible? Many parallax libraries allow this to happen, would it be possible with this library?

Looking for this as well, is there a way we can pass the element to a specified element?

Like hovering over the page will affect an image inside the page, as opposed to the page itself.

I'll just add my +1 to this. Would also love to have the option to react to the cursor, even if the cursor isn't hovering over the element.
