Download not working on Pop!_OS 21.10

I am running Youp 2.0 on Pop!_OS 21.10 and download is not working, when in a conversation you open a picture and click the download button in the top right of the screen.

No error, no message, just nothing happens.

I do not know how to get a console output or debug logs, if you do please tell me and I will provide it.
