[1.12.2] Items being converted to other items

Hi there,

A player on my server had an issue with their toolbelt:

  1. Pull axe from toolbelt
  2. Lag
  3. Put Sword in axe's place
  4. Get disconnected
  5. Relogin, now 2 copies of the sword exist

Using: ToolBelt-1.12.0-1.7.1.jar

Ouch! I'll try to figure out why it would happen, and think of a way to prevent that from happening in future versions!

To clarify: Was there any crash involved in the disconnection? Or just internet issues? I guess the same issues that caused the lag in step 2?

Just internet latency causing the client to timeout, no crashes.

Just as a status update: I have been going through the code and I can't find any way in which this would happen. I'm starting to wonder if it was a strange glitch in minecraft itself, but I don't want to wrongly blame something else, so I will keep looking.
