utf8 problem with caption

hi, in Turkish language there are some letters like "ö, ş" etc. when I use the caption app for downloading subtitles these letters seems in the screen with other symbols. because it can not download or turn the subtitle in utf8 format. is there any settings about that. or can you solve this problem with an update thanks.
