Im not finding anything for your user id, are you using a custom dns like pihole/adguard?
Somehow your logs are not reaching the system, not sure why, makes it hard to debug;)

Your issues should be fixed in 3.6.1 :)
I uploaded a mov file as a test in the OnlyVideos album and that works for me. Can you try the demo server and see if that plays for you?
