GNOME 46 Support

The latest LTS version of Ubuntu is launching w/ GNOME 46 this month, so it would be great to have this extension up-to-date on https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1852! Thank you.

Bump, as the latest LTS version of Ubuntu (& a new version of Fedora) w/ GNOME 46 have been out for over a month now.

@InklingGirl, Gicmo has been down for some time on Github, if you want, you can install my version for Gnome >= 45 from my fork (updated to include Gnome 46 as well), check https://github.com/gicmo/gamemode-extension/issues/70#issuecomment-1693012851
