XML error for elastic-tied contact interface

Hi, I am working on a simple model to get used to scripting FEBio with GIBBON. I have tried to add a tied contact surface between two beams, editing examples from demos 4 and 35.

When running the model through GIBBON, the contact surface appears to be ignored. I loaded the models .feb file into febio studio, and it ran completely fine. I also exported the feb file from FEBio and ran this through GIBBON, and again this worked fine.

Comparing the scripts i cannot spot any differences that would explain why there should be a different results. Most differences are relating to formating, where Gibbons uses white space instead of tabs to indent, and flips the order of some name and type tags.

Is there maybe some issue with how the xml file was written or maybe some problem using windows. I have attached the two scripts. Model_feb_Files.zip
