SAM is showing thousands of games I don't own

Steam Achievement Manager is listing 50000 games, many of which are free games, but other games like a Shantae game I don't own are showing up in my list. It makes my computer lag and it makes it impossible to find the game I need. How can I fix this?

Turn off whatever tool you're using to fake ownership of games in Steam.
