A game that removes achievements still shows me as completed in my achievements display.

This happens to me with resident evil 2 remake, I used the latest version of the program to remove some achievements that I had activated 2 years ago to have everything complete, I decided to remove them to complete them on my own and more than anything to have a reason to replay it, in the achievement display and in the completion display I still see resident evil 2 as a complete game even though it only has 29/49 now, but when I click on it only the other games appear, there are a total of 3 legally completed games, RE 2 REMAKE does not appear , but as I said before, the exhibitors keep marking RE2RE as completed and it kind of makes me a little embarrassed xD
