how to remove SAM from the desktop

I moved SAM to the desktop to quickly get and put the program in a folder, but SAM does not move to the folder and is not deleted. what to do?

Try to edit your permissions of editing this file:

1. Right click on the file > Properties
2. Go to the "Security" tab.
3. Edit > Add > Advanced > Find Now (On the right, below "Columns")
4. Some search results will appear on the bottom, try to find "All" and double click on it (I may be wrong about the object name because my OS is in another language, but it is something like this).
5. Then check all the "Agree" boxes: Total control, Modify, Read and execute, etc.
6. Click "Apply" and you are done! Try to move or delete the file now.
