How to restore the achievements before unlocking the game

Previously, I used tools to reset all my achievements. I want to know whether there is a way to return to the original state. If there is no way, will it be blocked by VAC, such as csgo games? Please let me know, thank you

There is no way to undo your actions. It wont be blocked by VAC
