Issues with unlocking achievements for uninstalled games and games I don't own, please help :(

Unlocking achievements for uninstalled games makes them unplayable (I can't play or install or uninstall some games).

Unlocking achievements for games I don't own adds them to my steam library (I want to remove them).

These are both issues with the Steam client and not something that can be fixed on SAM's end.

Reinstalled steam client seems to have fixed my issues.
