Tf2 achievments not giving me any items for getting them

Please help for some reason the sam program won't let me get items for getting achievments

I didn't know there were any items you get from achievements, but this is also not the intention of the program.

Actually it worked for me, when i launcehd the game after it gave me the items linked to the achievement i had unlocked, so idk it may be a problem with your game or something ,make sure you are connected to steam servers etc because for me it worked absolutely fine
