What is this ambiguous README?

Can you please describe the functionality of this tool/software, and change the READ ME file so that the viewers of this project better understand it.

What do you not understand? It allows you to add/remove achievements from your steam account. https://steamcommunity.com/ The name is self explanatory hence the lack of definition in the readme. Anyways I made a pull request for you.

I would like to known what's the diference between SAM.Game and SAM.Picker exes.

@stasky15 Picker launches Game. Steam API can only be started with one particular application ID at any given time.
