Did you fully extract the tool from the ZIP archive? There's two executables.

If yes, you may need to unblock SAM.Game.exe in its properties (especially if you had to unblock SAM.Picker.exe).

have the same issue and it has pemission to use the other programm.

Edit: Opened with admin but still not work

Edit2: I moved the files to somwhere else ant worked. (moved like in d:)

please help im new to Sam I need help I have the same failed to start sam.game.exe.
