"open" button does nothing.

I can run the application and new save works, but I can't save it or open. Nothing happens.

That sounds like file dialogs are broken, which doesn't make any sense, as that's a standard part of Windows. It works fine here. What Windows version?

Windows 10, ryzen 2700x, Vega 64, 64 bit install, tried all compatibility options and troubleshooting. Downloaded multiple versions from different sources, none behave any differently.

Okay I have no idea why but after creating a new profile on my computer my windows 10 repaired it's self and now everything is working fine. Soooo win?
