Display more meaning of translated word

It is possible to get more translation in result then just one word? When you use google translator you can see many different meaning of translated word. But in your extension I get always only one.

Google translator API requires moneys, so my extension use Microsoft API. I'm planning to use MyMemory API but I'm very busy.
