Can a Windows executable be built?

It would be useful to have a Windows binary for this exporter.

Looks like the redis_exporter project uses gox for this, which might just be a case of adding the dependency then updating BUILD_COMMAND and the OS loop, but I don't know Go so there may well be more to it than that?
