Remember that we are not in sync with `dep ensure` because of docker client lib

In https://github.com/gianarb/orbiter/pull/42 we introduced a workaround to get the latest https://github.com/docker/docker/client since they introduced a BC in how they handle go packages.

This issue is here to monitor that and as reminder that dep is broken intentionally
