Pass min and max values as parameters of formatter

Can I vote on this improvement as well? The workaround provided in #43 does only work in some cases as the max value is not updated while dragging the slider. So in my case the formatter value "jumps" after ending the drag. Or is there an api to query the current value (while still dragging)?
