how to fixed the slider value to stop it exceeding that value.

Is it possible i can fixed the slider value so that it can not exceed the value or go less than that value.

Actually i am having multiple sliders . Lets suppose there are only two sliders with the same bounds and values. But i want the second slider to not go less than first slider maximum value. Like first slider i have having a maximum date of 13-3-2017 the second slider should be disabled/idle/stop when it try to go less than the 13-3-2017.
