iThing ui-rangeSlider padding issue when valueLabels = hide

At iThing theme there is a padding on ui-rangeSlider while in classic theme this padding does not exists. The particular padding causes an visual issue when the valueLabels is set to hide, having that way an unneeded space at the top.
