`www.facebook.com` was removed in 39d2c1c892b27b8c0df56eaa973300a5df907d3e (see also: #2279)
We stopped receiving reports about this problem sometime shortly before January 2023.
We use [CNAME mapping lists from AdGuard](https://github.com/EFForg/privacybadger/issues/926#issuecomment-792027155) to "uncloak" CNAME trackers in all browsers as of Privacy Badger version [2021.6.8](https://github.com/EFForg/privacybadger/releases/tag/release-2021.6.8).

Looks like the Chrome IO lock error means that Chrome extension storage is broken, which would break pretty much all browser extensions. Restarting Chrome should fix it though. Not sure...
