Disabling Chameleon in popup windows

Issue #6 changed the global on/off toggle to work on the current page's hostname. The downside, however, is that now it's even harder to disable Chameleon on toolbar-less popups (like the one used by Google Hangouts).

Maybe a rightclick/context menu entry?

Could also make it so that any popups opened by a whitelisted page are also whitelisted.

Right click menu entry sounds good, whitelisting popups opened by whitelisted pages would be a liability.
