Added italian translation

Added translation of the po files to Italian. Also modified i18n.zig and CODEOWNERS

Hi! I had already made a PR for the Italian translation 2 months ago: https://github.com/ghostty-org/ghostty/pull/7074

But it hasn't been merged yet.

There are currently two Italian translations, this one and #7074; as only one can be merged, would you mind reaching a consensus on which one would be more preferable to merge?

Closing in favor of #7074. That PR was submitted earlier, was deemed better (by both a human and an LLM) and is just a bit more active than this one. Thanks!
