feat: Discovery metrics for request log

An expandable summary at the top of the request log (under the toolbar) should surface some basic statistics about all requests in the log in order to identify anomalies. i.e. 99% of requests were application/json but 1% were text/plain - clicking on the (1%) text/plain should filter the requests to highlight those that match.
