[Feature Require] Add android-platform-tools

简单来说就是想在pe上调试手机/刷机，看最新的changelog里移除了，希望保留。

不常用的功能自行安装就可以了，否则 PE 体积太大：sudo apt update && sudo apt install adb fastboot
