CD: cannot install macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg

It looks like Apple invalidate the certificate with which headers pkg was signed and this version cannot be installed anymore. New version of the package is working fine. To get it, one have to uninstall XCode CommandLine tools and install them again before trying to install headers.
