Have hard time to use referenced link - no browser I have is able to load the page at the right anchor.

I assume it related to https://github.com/cliqz-oss/browser-f/blob/a90f079c236a172d386917f301b69675ecb6d66f/mozilla-release/browser/components/BrowserGlue.jsm#L92

Not sure why we've decided to lock that pref but if Firefox doesn't do it I don't think we should.
