Add Spanish support for browser

we have 474.7 million native Spanish speakers in the world, and it would help Portuguese natives as well

If Ghostery GmbH uses a convenient platform for translations (like Crowdin or WebTranslateIt, just to mention two), I could help translating the es-AR locale, if needed.
