Suggestion: Releases Notes from the web browser itself

I'd like to make a suggestion to the Ghostery Dawn web browser.

Please, consider Ghostery Dawn to launch the Releases Notes webpage (this one: https://github.com/ghostery/user-agent-desktop/releases from GitHub) after the web browser ends the update process, so all users know what's new. Optionally, you could add a link to that GitHub webpage from the "Help > About Ghostery" menu.
