we should run safe browsing api via proxy.

I wonder if you could either using Apple's proxy (proxy.safebrowsing.apple) or Brave's proxy (safebrowsing.brave.com).

Are there any legal issues with doing this? If not, it would help because 1) Ghostery wouldn't have to build out the infrastructure, and 2) it would help add more data to the servers of whichever group you choose, which will help make it harder to identify any one user.
