Firefox branding on about:devtools

The bottom of about:devtools says to get "Ghostery Dawn Developer Edition" and shows the Firefox Nightly logo. This should be either changed or removed.

There's also a place to sign up for the Mozilla Developer Newsletter.

Finally, all of the links end with ?utm_source=devtools&utm_medium=onboarding. This can be removed.
