Windows installer was not my thing. Better to ask Alex about it. @sammacbeth can you maybe do that?

I'm not sure what the purpose of these IDs is, and if we need to change them. There are some win32 docs about interface UUIDs, but the fact that Mozilla ship multiple firefox variants without changing the UUIDs suggest there is no conflict from shipping another program with the same UUIDs, so I'd leave it for the moment.
