Global Vendor List support

Consider providing optional links to the IAB Global Vendor List (GVL) to improve data synchronization between systems that import from both sources.

For example, the organization entry for Criteo in TrackerDB could include an optional link to its corresponding entry in the IAB GVL, identified by "id":91,"name":"Criteo SA".

Similarly, patterns and domains in our repository could also be linked to their respective entries in the IAB GVL. This could make it easier for systems that import from both sources to keep their data in sync.
