Dead website link in patterns/vi

Looks like the website listed in patterns/vi is dead: https://github.com/ghostery/trackerdb/blob/main/db/patterns/vi.eno

Maybe the Vi analytics service is discontinued? This needs some research.

Either it is still active (or has been bought), we can update it. Otherwise, we can change the company description and explain that the company or service is no longer active and when that happened).

(Side-note: how to best deal with dead URLs is not clear to me. See https://github.com/ghostery/trackerdb/issues/120)
