Describe the feature

It would be fun to add an announcer which logs the components it finds to startup, with pretty colours. Neru had something like this for routes that it could be similar too. We could have it so it picks a random colour for each component name

We might be able to implement it as a plugin (after #209), or just hardcode it into core
