سلام نتیجه خروجی صحیح هست ولی فرمت نمایش احتمالا بخاطر تنظیمات مربوط به کالچر ویندوز میلادی نمایش داده میشه.

When you are using UsingSystemTheme, i think we are using os accent color! (I cant remember exactly) so check your os accent color if true, this is by design

I am no longer use wpf i moved to winui 3, i think you can overwrite primarybrush (probably there is a accentcolor property if nox you can overwrite by key)

Is there any news? Can you share more info? Wpf or WinUI? If it is wpf, are you using custom style or library? (like wpfui)

Windows namespaces is for uwp era, they will be gone in v2.0 there is a open issue for it.
