New feature request - show/un-show all annotations.

Is there any command - to toggle the show/un-show the annotations ?

Also, the summary of annotations may also be interesting to have.

I think it is fair to ask for that feature, as I didn't make annot into a 
(minor) mode -- rather its behavior is composed of a series of hooks and 
advices.
