Can you please develope a program to extract translated textures from translated version?

I'm trying to extract translated textures from simplified chinese version, but I don't know how The dump tool could only dump the scripts and UIs How could I dump the textures?

Can you give legitimate proof of your claim? Since gliz's hacks were taken down there have been a lot of new cheats popping up and as far as I can tell this cheat was made single handedly. I could be wrong though.
