Ability to remove BelongsTo relationship

Ability to remove BelongsTo relationship. I know about https://github.com/ghidoz/angular2-jsonapi/pull/148 PR, but I think this feature needs to be implemented in order for the application to conform to the JsonApi specification. Many people are waiting for this, including me.
