Error when generating ICFG

Hi, I am getting the following error while generating ICFG. I tried the methods in other issues and still failed. How can I fix this problem? image

Looks like it retrieves the file correctly！ This is the result of running the Windows platform, and the src.zip file is copied as you said. The above is the result of running the unix platform, but did not copy the src.zip file. The error message has changed image
