Added port profiles and PoE settings

I added the functionality to get LAN profiles. See screenshot: 232198600-e1c746c0-bcb3-4a38-a609-a31dcdfd09a3 I also added the functionality to set the PoE settings for a profile. See screenshot: 1

I use this functionality, to turn different things off and on, regarding my UPS status. If my UPS runs on battery mode, I turn off different APs and Cameras.
