Floobits still creates invoices

Sorry for spamming here. But I'm trying to reach somebody at Floobits for several weeks, and I saw some activity here.

We cancelled our account and still get billed. It's annoying. Can you please get in contact to clarify this situation?

After several attempts I was able to reach him, and payments were stopped. Even dated back. That was short after I created the ticket above. So, it was quite a while ago.
