Feature Request: (webui) add import / export function for ALL conversations

Prerequisites

• [x] I reviewed the Discussions, and have a new and useful enhancement to share.

Feature Description

Under Settings dialog, we can add 2 buttons:

• Import all conversations
• Export all conversations

The file will be a JSON

Motivation

This can be useful for backup the whole conversation list, so user don't have to do export one by one
