llama.cpp Feature Request: allow setting jinja chat template from server webui

Allow setting jinja chat template from server webui. Should be the same way with change system message (via the Settings dialog)

I concur. I've been testing how to use llama-server with latest compiled exe but never get the tool calling working. Was wondering if I have to compile it from source.

@charleswg this issue is about UI, not the API. you should refer to the recent PRs about tool calling, please comment on related PR.
