The extension is no longer supported for Safari 13 on MacOS Catalina

MacOS Catalina now does not allow safariext files, and the extension is not found in the latest Safari Extension Gallery.

@coder-bts thank you for this issue, that's a bummer! Unfortunately I don't have the time or motivation to support this extension through the transition to the new distribution methods, it's just too annoying and I don't know my way around XCode and the new framework to have a go.

This seems as good a time as any for me to shut this down. I'm locking the project, but if anyone wants to take it over, I would encourage them to fork it! The license is completely permissive.
