Undefined const error and parser error

We need to define ACTION_INITIALIZEFEED in classes/ezcontentstagingevent.php

Also there is a parser error in classes/models/content.php

Parser error just fixed.

Otoh I am not sure about ACTION_INITIALIZEFEED - since that event is not generated anymore by this branch of the code, maybe we should just remove it from $syncStrings as well?
