huge data usage for sync

Caldav sync uses a lot of data, even if no events changed, in two hours it used 1.2MB. (comparison: google calendar used only 7KB in that time)

It would be nice if the amount of data could be restricted, or if the sync-interval could be configurable. Or perhaps could be set to sync only over wifi.
